At Qore Physical Therapy, we welcome the opportunity to help patients understand the benefits and limitations of their insurance plans. Even though your relationship with your insurance company is separate from your relationship with our practice, our team uses our knowledge and experience to help you maximize any insurance benefits you may have. As a courtesy, our team will submit your physical therapy claims to your insurance provider on your behalf.
